Important Message to Our Valued Customers

At Klaben, Satisfied Customers have been the foundation of our business model and continued success since 1973.  As we continue to monitor COVID-19 developments, adjust business practices, and respond to public policy directives, we remain focused on your well-being and satisfaction. 

In their May 13 announcement, the CDC indicated that fully vaccinated people can now resume activities without wearing masks or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.  The State of Ohio followed with amending their remaining health orders to comply with the new CDC guidance.  Effective immediately, the Klaben Auto Stores are amending their processes to align and comply with the new CDC and State of Ohio guidance.  Fully vaccinated customers and team members no longer need to wear a mask (facial covering) or physically distance at our facilities.

The Klaben Team remains respectful, empathetic and sensitive to each and every customer and will respond and adapt as needed in order to provide for your comfort, well-being and satisfaction.  We continue to make complimentary masks available to all customers upon arrival and at their option.
